Hi, we recently replaced the black ink cartridge in the 711B, but we're seeing an error that says, "The cartridge is not intended for use in this printer." We’ve already updated the firmware. Could you please assist us? Thank you!

As far as I am aware the regional changes to the chips issue should have been resolved by updating the firmware to the latest version...can you confirm that you updated to the latest revision?
