Product: DesignJet T1300

I work for an Engineering Firm that prints 24"X36" plots of engineering plans. There are very rarely a few sheets that we print with images in them. I have been tasked by my boss to give an estimated number of sheets we can print per set of ink cartridges. He is trying to come up with a budget estimate for the year. We are estimating 1250 full size 24"X36" colored sheets of plans for 2020 - only about 300 of those will contain images. Is there any way to estimate this? Wide range estimations are accepted.
