Product: Hp Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535

I have in 680 tricolour cartidage which not works for my printer  even though it is the compatible cartidage for it.it says remove and reinstall the ink cartridge .

If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge.

 

Have you replaced the ink cartridge?
