Ink flow problem HP z3200

Hi,

My HP z3200 is having problem printing parts of the image that has light gray tones. I had a print diagnostic done. In fact, there is a problem with the PK-LG printhead or just as I suspect, a ink flow problem. I don't think that the problem is the printhead since I just changed to a new one a week ago.  Can someone help me? I'll post the image of the print diagnostic.

The amount of ink in a new printhead should last longer than one week. I would say it's the printhead.

there might has air bubble in lg.. try to use replace printhead option,  when carriage box move to left,

open cover, take out printhead... use syringe to draw lg ink out & check, make sure no air bubbles.

then clean contacts, printhead.

insert it back to carriage box... you have lucky to have it working... do another diagnostic print....

myself have 3 Z3200 44".... lg is 1 of the most frequent problematic    ( yellow,   mk, red , lg   )
