Product: HP Latex 370 Printer

This started out as a ink starvation issue, I found that there was a leak in the line for the yellow ink. I fixed that, but when I went to purge the lines to get the air out, I discovered that the setup printheads are required to complete the process. Without them, I cannot finish the purge, and cannot back out of the menu. I have customers waiting for jobs and would like to know if there is a way to reset the system so that it does not try to continue the purge. I have turned the printer off, unplugged it, and let it sit for several minutes to no avail. Help!
