Hi
I get these ink stains on the right side when printing. I thought it was coming from the pinch rollers, but nope. And i can't see anything where this pattern could come from, and I've done alle the cleaning cycles possible, read the entire service manual, googled, yahoo'ed and so on..
Any ideas??
Mike

The problem had to do with the spittoon under the carriage, i cleaned the top tray and it prints perfectly again, no stains

Have you tried opening the lid during printing to examine the page to see if this is possibly coming off the head. They don't appear consistent in alignment which suggests something on the bottom of the carriage.

Not yet, but now that is the next step. I've also tried to remove the print heads, but nothing unusual there.
If it is something on the bottom of the carriage, i guess the only thing is to remove it, which seems like a bigger operation in the manual 🙄
