Is it possible to add the sheet tray module to the DesignJet 111 roll model ?

Hi there,

I have an HP designJet 111 (Roll) and I would like to know if it is possible to add the paper feeder on it?

Often, with roll printing, I don't need the full width of the paper (24") and I have some left over.

The 2 models (roll and paper tray) seem very similar.

I could then reuse them simply by using the paper loading back.

No, the model with roll feed only has a single sheet feeder. There are companies that offer custom paper widths in rolls. We sell a lot of 18" rolls to a customer.

Thank you for your help. Too bad, it could have been perfect 🙂

But still, with the plastic cover of the paper tray, it helps a lot to reuse the paper scraps.

Because on the roll model, the plastic part for the front loading is really too narrow to align the paper properly. And with the rear loading, you almost have to be a magician 🙂
