Does anyone know a fix for this - I have always used genuine HP Cartridges and the thing has always leaked black ink.

I have tried lots of new cartridges and attempted to clean the tray, but nothing is working.

If the printhead is leaking, then you will likely need to replace the printhead before you will find the error gone.

It is likely the printhead not the cartridges that is leaking. Not unheard of for 711 printhead used in this and other models

Thank you. I will try to find a local bod to take a look at it. Do you have any idea how I can clear the Cartridge damaged error message - I have tried three different cartridges and no joy?
