I'm having an issue with HP Click

I downloaded HP Click version 3.7.83 on a Macbook Pro running macOS Ventura 13.6.4

I am able to open the app, and it recognizes my DesignJet printers, but I cannot open any file. I drag a JPEG or PDF, click to select a file and select it, but nothing happens. No indication of a file even trying to open. Click just sits there.

Looks great, but isn't working for me. What am I missing?

I am having the exact same problem! I've spent hours installing various drivers and reinstalling and rebooting.. Did you ever figure this out??
