HP DesignJet T930 36-in PostScript Printer

I am having an issue printing from Windows 11 using HP Click. The plotter is an HP DesignJet T930.

To be more precise, when I make a single print (from Adobe or AutoCAD) everything works fine, but when I try to make multiple prints via HP Click, my plotter crashes. It crashes and loses network connectivity and the computer that sent the job to HP Click also loses its link to the network.

Another problem is that when I print from Adobe or AutoCad the print quality is very poor.

It is worth mentioning that I have our old Windows 10 PCs. When I reconnected these PCs everything worked normally.

The plotter is connected via wired connection
