HP Recommended

Hi, I'm having an issue with my HP Latex 315 large format printer. We moved to a new location and setting up all of our machinery. After reconnecting my printer I'm getting a message to close the Maintenance Cartridge door. It is closed and I opened and closed it several times and it still won't progress past this point. I've looked for sensors that might be malfunctioning and I don't see anything. Has anyone had this happened to them? Looking for some help.
