Large format problem

I have an Designjet T650 and I can't get it to print anything on the roll paper aside from a single line. I'm trying to print 24"x72". After some headaches early on, I was able to figure it out after numerous misprints wasting a ton of paper. I have the roll set in my PC and on the printer. I verified the size of the print I wanted to do. I made sure the updates were done. I even turned it off and on. Still no dice. I enclosed a picture of what I received from my 24"x72" print. Any guidance would be appreciated. I haven't found ANY posts that reference my problem.

the best suggestion I can give you is to try HP Click. It is a driverless, drag and drop print method that makes wide format printing so simple. Caveat: you must be using OEM ink to use Click.
