Latex 1500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After performing many print jobs, the queue still stores the printed jobs.
But after a day of restarting the computer, all the old printed jobs disappeared.
My computer does not have freezing settings.

Maybe, this error appears after I install the software "VLC media player". I deleted "VLC Media Player". But the error still does not fix.

Please help. I want to keep the printed jobs
Thank you for reading. Hope to have a solution soon.

I finally solved the problem.
I reinstalled IPS and reconnected to the RIP software and the problem was resolved.
The reinstallation IPS takes about 30 minutes.
Thanks for reading my writing.
I hope you guys don't have the same problem as me.
