Latex 64

I can not cut the graphics on my Latex 64 cutter.  We ran the graphics onto our printer , HP Latex 560 and Laminated on a Gfp 363th machine now we are trying to cut the graphics out using a Latex 64 cutter.  The graphic will start rrading the barcode, then it moves  and the screen reads  Digitize Point  and it stops.   How do I get past this point, correct or clear this error in order to cut my graphics?

Hi,

As far as I red articles it's wrong reading of barcode

- reading sensor is not clean;

- barcode is deformed or overlaminate is deforming reading itself;

Foud this article for different cutter, similar problem:

I advise you to ask tech support if possible...
