I can not cut the graphics on my Latex 64 cutter. We ran the graphics onto our printer , HP Latex 560 and Laminated on a Gfp 363th machine now we are trying to cut the graphics out using a Latex 64 cutter. The graphic will start rrading the barcode, then it moves and the screen reads Digitize Point and it stops. How do I get past this point, correct or clear this error in order to cut my graphics?

Hi,
As far as I red articles it's wrong reading of barcode
- reading sensor is not clean;
- barcode is deformed or overlaminate is deforming reading itself;

I advise you to ask tech support if possible...
