Hi! I work in an environment where all organisations in the house is connected to the same network. Often people send their print jobs to my printer by mistake. I have now disabled Bonjour, but my colleague sitting on a Windows pc is still finding my printer in his control panel. How can I restrict access so that only I can use the printer?
Regards, B.

Hi,
For a network connection you may enable the Firewall option to allow only your PC's IP Address to access the printer.
From the EWS page of your printer select the Settings tab and then Firewall.
Follow the steps on screen to create a rule to allow a connection to your PC's IP, while another rule rejects all other IP's
Also, within the Firewall options tab be sure to Enable Failsafe Option so if you are getting locked while trying to configure the option you may access the page with an https prefix.
