HP DesignJet T650 24-in Printer

Hello! Could someone please help me. We have just bought a  HP DesignJet T650 24-in Printerand are trying to print with a roll paper. The paper is Epson professional paper, premium buster 24"x100, 6100 mm x 30,5 m.

We can't get the paper to print at al. It docent really feed the paper in to the machine, and we are staring to think that the roll itself is to big, event though the specific of the product say that this is a proper size.

When we load it we can't close the hatch to the roll, is that a confirmation that it is to big?

We are quite desperate to get this going tonight!

If you cannot close the lid the the roll is too big and will drag on the frame and not feed properly. Maximum roll diameter is 100mm. https://www.hp.com/emea_africa-en/products/large-format-printers/product-details/product-specificati...
