Product: DesignJet 110 Plus nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi  

I have a 110 plus and had the maintanence software on a laptop ant it all work fine head cleaning teast page etc.

I have change over to a desktop, down loades the maintanence software and now it does not reconize that the printer is hooked up.

How can I snyc up the printer ? Tried restarting them together no luck.

Have you downloaded and installed a print driver so you are able to print from your desktop before installing maintenance utility.

Thank you for your reply.

yes i have the printer up and running.. prints fine.. Just cant see it when i open up the maint software.

Seems not to reconize that its hooked up.
