Product: HP Latex 315 Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hi,

I have a latex 315 large format and the it worked well with the HP mobile app, until the firmware update to version: nexus _07_10_00.1.

 

Since then the mobile app couldn't retrieve information from the printer, showing an error: "Supply error - date or time mismatch".

 

I tried manually adjusting the date and time on the printer but it didn't fix the issue.

 

Really appreciate it if anyone can help.
