Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Trying to print i get error message about printheads are "out of alignment"  or "incompatible cartridges.  All maintenance solutions have failed.  Cartridges are brand new HP ink, purchased from Office Depot.  I've used various connections - wi-fi network, ethernet, USB.  Tried all the usual fixes - turning printer off, restarting, reinstalling drivers, updating firmware.  Need a deeper fix.  Thank you.

If you tried to realign printheads and same result ocurrs, try this - with the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait at least 60 seconds and plug the power cord back into the wall outlet. Reconnect the power cord to the printer and turn the printer on. If result isn't changed - try to clean cartridge contacts (gold-plated contacts) and do the alignment process...
