Product: HP DesignJet Z6200 60-in Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Bought a refurbished Z6200 printer, it has firmware version KHN_01_00_07.1. If i try to install the latest firmware it fails. I'm pretty sure there was some version of the firmware you had to install before you could install newer ones. Does anyone know which version that is or where I can get it? It use to be available on the printer's download page, but is no longer there and I can't find any older versions of the download page on internet archive.

What firmware version are you trying to install?

 

Are using the EWS to do the install or some other way?

 

What does the screen say when it fails to install?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
