Product: HP Latex 365
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi I have created a new profile for 18pass in the Printer. The problem is whin i uset the profile and select 1200 x 1200 DPI, It sys on the printer side that the file contains errors and i cant print. However if i drop the DPI down to 600 x 600 it works fine. I have tried mutiple images and mutipla creations of 18 pass profiles. I use Flexie 12 with the free subscription it has for the year.
Pleas help thank you.
