Product: Designjet z2100

I have tried three different NEW printheads in my z2100 and the printer will not accept any of them. It will beep and then tells me to reseat the printhead. No matter how many times I reseat the new printhead, the printer will not accept it. I can put back in the printhead that had been working (replacing because my prints are showing some streaks) and the printer works fine. The new printheads are not expired. Only happening with the M/Y printhead.

It seems like it is an issue  with printer firmware of the printer can you please tell us the firmware version?

The firmware version is TR8-TR_12.0.0.1, which I believe is the latest.
