Product: HP DesignJet Z6200 42-in Photo Production Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I first had no network communications light. So I swapped out the network cable to verify the light issue. Still no light so then I tried to ping the device using the command prompt. While being connected via Wi-Fi and hardline to the printer. I could not get any communication to the printer. Then I tried to us a printer USB cable. Still the computer could not recognize the device. I believe I need a new motherboard. Can someone please help be verify this issue before I buy a new Mobo to configure.
