Product: HP DesignJet T650 36-in Printer

We have an HP DesignJet T650 printer that shows no errors, yet it prints with a very faint tone—almost unreadable—and each subsequent print becomes even lighter until the pages are completely blank. The ink cartridges are new and everything appears to be functioning normally, with no error messages. What can possibly be the issue?
