No screen & power lamp green

Hi,

Tried searching internet for solution... no luck.

The printer receives power. Power lamp is green when plugged in and without any user action. When pressed it is orange. Display screen flashes momentarily but nothing is displayed. There is a feint glow from the screen when the printer is receiving power.

Unable to connect to computer as it isn't recognised.

What are the suggestions - it's only 18 months old?

You'll probably get better responses for your model of printer.  Most of the questions here deal printers from the Designjet family.

Also, here is a video on doing a hard reset on a 477.  Should be the same for the 377.  Might try that if you have't already.

This one is not in English but you should be able to get the gist.  It's a bit more complete than the first vid.  Note that you have to hold down the power button while plugging in the power cord.

Thank you for your help.

I have posted this in the thread you suggested. The printer has no illuminated display screen so I am unable to reset it easily!
