Hp latex 330

Hi. I recently put a new encorder strip and my printer started working again. A few prints later it has stopped printing. My supplier has asked for a diagnostic report. How do I generate that?

Thanks

Use Embedded Web Server in your browser (turn printer ON and type printer's IP address in search bar), click on Support tab, click on Service support link and you may Download  diagnostics package or click on Display printer information. A new window with diag.information opens, click on All pages and you may save this page..

I do not have your model, but Designjet Z3200.. In order to get a diagnostic print, simply press    menu    scroll down to    image quality  ..    diagnostic print   which is the best way check      printheads.....   if a blank block which means that printhead was clogged,
not functioning   etc.

for reference only...

It's about Diagnostic Report not print, it's a file that tech support have to read in case of troubles... And still - in this Embedded Web Server you can see all troubles with inks, heads etc...easier for latex printers...
