HP Officejet 7612

Hello, I've got an error message on my Officehet 7612 printer, which I can't clear. It's been temprimental recently, but just won't work at all now.

The error message is: 0x61011bed

I've tried resetting it, taking the cable out the back and switching the power off at the wall, but none of that has worked!

All tips much appreciated!

Thank you.

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

A 0x61011bed error typically indicates that there is an issue with the carriage. Power resetting the printer and clearing any carriage jams should resolve the issue.

You may use the steps available in this document to troubleshoot and resolve carriage jam.

Let me know how it goes!
