PageWide XL 5000PS says Maintenance Kit PMK1 required but it has 74% remaining capacity

I received a message that the Maintenance Kit PMK1 was required, and when I clicked the down arrow to expand the notification, it says that it's expired.  I contacted the company we got it through, gave them the message, and they shipped a maintenance cartridge.  When I go to install it, the screen tells me there's still 74% capacity left on the one installed?

The PMK1 Kit is a filter kit. You'll need a technician to arrange and install.
