HP DesignJet T920

i keep getting a paper jam error message AFTER I have cleared the paper jam and removed and

tried to reload paper.  I do not see any paper stuck anywhere in the printer.

Is there a numeric code? If you power the printer off then on does the error show up immediately or only after you try to load paper? If it shows up immediately then a sensor is jammed open. If it shows up when loading then likely a sensor that should trip is not. In the paper slot on the right side is the oops sensor and one of the more likely causes.

Thank you for your response and valuable time.  I was at the end of my paper roll.  I unplugged the plotter, waited for 30 sections, powered back up and put a full roll on.  Did get the load paper message and everything worked out.  Thanks again for your wonderful advice and suggestions
