Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a problem with the HP250 I recently purchased. As soon as I turn it on, set the language, day and time, I see a paper jam sign, an explanatory video on how to remove the rear cover of the paper tray (A4 and A3 paper tray), but this model did not come with this accessory. I am attaching explanatory images of the error and a rear view of the plotter.
Thank you very much.

Either the sensor in the paper path is bad or there is something jammed in there. Removing those three screws holding the panel on the back on should allow you to see what is going on. The sensor is a triggered by a flag that sticks up in the paper path on the left side, assuming you are behind the plotter.

Thank you for your quick response. We proceeded to remove the back cover, but we did not find the sensor. We attach images to indicate the location of said sensor.WhatsApp Image 2025-01-22 at 9.48.43 AM (2).jpegWhatsApp Image 2025-01-22 at 9.48.43 AM (1).jpegWhatsApp Image 2025-01-22 at 9.48.43 AM.jpeg

circled location. you need to remove the flat cable guide first and then you can remove the sensor and make sure that the flat is working properly.
