Paper cutter not working properly

Hello,

My work recently purchased a DesignJet T630 printer. The printer works very well but the cutter does not.

I went into setup, print settings and the enable cutter dot is slid to the right showing green in the space.

However, when I go to print multiple sheets of paper, the cutter does not cut after each sheet. In fact it doesn't cut at all.

When I try a single sheet it will cut, and when I replace the paper it will cut.

Please help.

Are you using the Mac driver or the one from the HP website?  Sometimes the Mac drivers don't work on some things like cutting and page setup rotation features.

Download the Mac driver and do a manual install to see if that solves the problem.
