Hello everyone,
today my HP DesignJet T120 plotter woke up with a blue screen containing the code B3686170.It shuts down if i keep the power button and if i push the power button again it boots up in the same blue screen.
Can you help me solve this issue ? Can you suggest a way of hardware reset without using touch screen?
Thank you in advance

In dealing with Designjet support I have been told that a blue screen with error means a bad main board and requires replacement.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

Many times an HP printer fault has self rectified by turning machine off, pulling plug from wall socket and waiting 10 minutes before re-connecting and re-booting.

You need to replace HP Encrypted chip
It is inside the printer on main PCA
in USB slot
