HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Plotter has stopped printing, but no error messages appear. Last file sent to print 10 days ago appears to still be processing. I replaced ink cartridge, but still no printing.

Can you print any report from the control panel of the plotter? if yes, I suspect that either you have a network or driver issue. Steps to follow:

 

1. Purge the print queue of all pending jobs following the instructions here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cannot-clear-print-queue/84b49081-9cd3-4f21-a6...

2. Try to ping the printer to confirm you have network connection between printer and computer. If ping fails, troubleshoot your network issue. If you can ping, go to step 3

3. Delete the printer driver and download the current driver from support.hp.com and install that.
