Product: HP DesignJet T790 44-in Printer

We have an HP Designjet T790. Every time we print to this plotter regardless of the program or computer it starts to reprint the page at the edge of the sheetIMG_0558.jpg. I have tried printing from different operating systems thinking it could be a driver issue with no luck. The plotter has the latest firmware installed as well.
