Print head station or supply tube. Designjet500 no magenta.

You may need to replace both. Not being in front of the machine it is hard to say. Did it just stop working or has the printer been in storage for an extended period of time? I ask because ink may have dried in the tubes if the unit was in storage. You may need to run a priming to see if any ink is drawn at all. If not, I would suspect the ISS. If there is any ink at all being pulled then you likely this is a tube issue.

Try the printhead first..if it works for a while and then fails again then the ink tubes will need to be primed.
