HP Print Preview 2.2201.0.158 was uploaded to my printer's support/ drivers and software page April 5.  Downloaded and installed. Problem solved.  A few weeks late but thank you, HP.

yep, same here. its back working now. glad they updated it. was getting worried it would never get resolved.

Yes, that download fixed the problem.  I just downloaded the updated Print Preview install file from the HP download paged (dated April 5), and installed it.  That corrected the problem.  Thanks HP!
