HP DesignJet T2300 Multifunction Printer

Hello, I would like to solve the following problem that has been plaguing my DesignJet T2300 multifunction printer for a long time.

I would like to point out right away that sometimes it happens. You get several perfect prints and then, at certain times, this problem of overlapping or stretching of the print begins to appear.

I attach the photos to help you understand the problem. If it were a problem with the rotation of the paper feed or an effort in unrolling the paper roll, the problem would appear almost constantly, instead of appearing meters away or several times in a single meter.

I usually print in high quality and therefore in a unidirectional way, if it can be useful as data.

Do you have any suggestions on the matter?
