Have you performed both a paper advance calibration and a print head alignment?

if i explain correctly, maybe the print is sort of gradually shrinked from left to right abt 1-2mm. fyi, when one crop mark is overlapped and aligned, the other crop mark is our of alignment, means shorter in distance.
