Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format All-in-One Printer

So are having issues with our HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e, continues to crash with errors like F0.04.02.03, F0.01.01.02, F0.03.1F.0F etc. We had HP Support team help us over the phone by resetting the printer and firmware but issue persists. I raised the issue again via the ticket systems and the current and previous tickets were closed, no call back as well.

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
