Whenever I click the print button to print any document it keeps giving me an error message saying please check your printer, but when I check it everything is ok but the document won't print. It keeps saying there is a print queue error.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Root level uninstall and reinstallation:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP OfficeJet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.

Hello ECHO_LAKE,
The issue is i do not have the drivers installed I have the hp app to print.
On the app it says that everything is ok and ready but it keeps giving me an error message saying to diagnose and fix and then the issue shows that it is a queue problem.
