Hi

I bought this printer yesterday and only just managed to get it printing today. The drawings that I have sent to print are all A1 size but not all in the same format - some are landscape and others are portrait. The printer doesn't print the whole landscape drawing as it can't detect the difference - how do I solve this problem please?

Many thanks

Hello,

Which application are you using? and the installed driver?

I am an HP Employee.

I have Windows 10 and have installed the driver sent to me from the website, incidentally I think that there are contradictory instructions which is why it took me so long to get the printer to work initially.  The ones that were sent with the machine are not as helpful as those sent direct by the person who sold me the product.

and the exact driver version meantime screenshot of the preferences put when trying to print.
