Hey guys!

I have a question. My printer doesn't print color for about a week. But the ink is full and new. I don't know what do to. Have somebody any ideas to solve the issue.

RUN PRINT HEAD RECOVERY, TAKE THE HEAD OUT AND USE WORM WATER IN SINK TO UNCLOGED THE HEADS, TEST ON WET PAPERTALL.

For not printing, printers have only 2 reasons(besides having ink supply).

a) print head is clogged

Either replacing or cleaning should help (Not with tap water though)

b) printhead has air inside of it

this has multiple options but they require either tools to perform a fix or skills on how to dismantle and reasemble printhead.

 

In either case a printhead replacement, and judging by the model it is not removable(easy), I'd recomment replacing the printer.

Hp Deskjet 2620 is like £30.
