Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried the hold power button then home return hom home and selected factory resets through that menu and I have gone into printer maintenance on the printer and selected restore and restored all settings. when trying to setup the printer and access the EWS menu, the options are locked and I cannot get in. Please advise
