Hi @LawyerSt,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset the HP 377dw printer password, you can try the following steps.

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Press and hold the wireless button and cancel button simultaneously.
  3. While holding the buttons, plug in the power cord.
  4. Continue holding the buttons for at least 10 seconds until the printer resets.
  5. Release the buttons once the printer has reset.

This should reset the printer to its default factory settings, including the password. You should be able to log in with the default credentials, which are usually admin for both the username and password.

Note that resetting the printer to its factory settings will erase any customized settings, so you may need to reconfigure the printer settings after the reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
