Printer papersize error

Hi,

I am trying to print on both the multi sheet tray and via the roll but no matter what size I attempt to print at I keep getting a paper size is incorrect error message and when I press print anyway it just spits the paper out with nothing on it and cancels the print job as if this had been printed. I have tried a factory reset, uninstalling the printer and then reinstalling again and I've also installed the latest firmware but still cannot get the error to clear. Any help would be appreciated.

Using the driver version 4 you need to apply some adjustments, please check the following table:

This is been the solution for many of these issues, I hope this works in your case.
