Product: Hp designjet t120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I live in Belize and have limited access to technical advice. We recently changed the print head in our designjet t120 printer and it is once again giving me an error message that there is a problem with the ink system or printer I want to do a hard reset and can't find the pin number can someone help me. Thanks in advance

Hi,

did you check your printer firmware ? it might be problem with printer firmware!
