HP Designjet Z3200ps

I recently removed and cleaned my service station due to waste tubing being disengaged. After reinstalling the service station, on startup,  I received a 21:13 error. There are no obstructions, carriage is moving. I have done a cold start but still receiving the error.

Do you see the service station move when turned on. Usually after a repair like this I will leave the right cover off so I can confirm movement and also make it easier to recheck wiring  before closing everything in. Have you performed the service station diagnostics yet?

Yes, I left the cover off and I could see the the carriage within the service station move. I also ran the service station diagnostic and it returned the 21:13 error.

if the left cover removed.... use a     T10  screw driver.. insert it to the hole behind     (   it has mark  )  turn to left

few times, till service station released. then push smoothly to the left..

Cost nothing... try it...
