I am facing an issue of an error 'Printhead cleaning kit is full. Replace.'
I had check my Maintenance Cartridge is full. Level 110%. CH644A.
However, I was suggested to replace Q6715A. User Maintenance Kit.

Please suggest me on how to overcome the error, i am kinda confused now.

Don't buy Q6715A

You will need to buy and replace Maintenence cartridge CH644A it is few minutes job and replacing it is user-friendly.

Well, that's what I thought. But HP Product Specialist suggested to purchase Q6715A HP Designjet User Maintenance Kit.

That is why I'm having this confusion.
