Product: HP DesignJet T230 24-in Printer

Hi everyone,

 

i have a problem and don’t know further. My T-230 Printer brings the error code 0xc19a0002. “The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed.”

 

I even have bought a new Original Print Head but I still get the error. After that cleaned the contact. No Success. I can print one page and then get the error.

 

Does someone know what I can try ?
