Hi there, i have a problem with my T2500, its been more than 2 months and with several attempts its displaying the error" printhead replacement not completed. We initially replaced the printhead after getting the error but that didnt help. We called a technician, he replaced the printhead twice with new ones, changed the carriage PCA, engine PCA,primer assy and Carriage w/0 and PCA w/retainer but the problem persists, the ink levels are ok. Please help

Try changing the service station. Sounds like it continues to clog the printhead, good luck.

The issue may be even simpler than you think.

Try, with a damp cloth, wiping clean the Encoder strip. It is probably filthy.

To clean the left side, the Carriage will have to be moved out of the service station area.

Initialize the printer and once you hear the carriage move away, turn off from the back. This will allow you to move the carriage manually for the cleaning.

Good Luck,

Roy K
